You must be able to send an official invoice to get paid for your performance
 I have my own official VAT number and can declare to send official invoices.
I will invoice through an alternative method and ensure legal compliance (such as SMART or AMPLO). Insurance & Liability I confirm that I am compliant with all my insurance obligations, including civil liability and legal assistance and I acknowledge that I am personally liable during my performances for any damages to myself and to third parties. Official licenses I declare that all music has been officially purchased by me and that I hold a valid DJ license.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I understand that my application will be assessed to determine whether I qualify as an experienced artist (no subscription, commission per booking) or as upcoming talent (monthly subscription, no booking commission).
