Where a User voluntarily connects a Telegram account, BeatUnity may process:

Users acknowledge that certain profile statistics, engagement metrics and performance indicators may be displayed within the Platform to facilitate discovery, networking, transparency and professional decision making.

For the avoidance of doubt, BeatUnity may generate and display aggregated, anonymised or pseudonymised industry insights, trends, benchmarks and statistics derived from Platform activity, provided that such information does not directly identify individual Users unless the User has expressly chosen to make such information visible.

BeatUnity processes personal data on one or more of the following legal bases.

Where processing is necessary to provide the Services requested by the User.

5.2 Legitimate Interests

  • Platform security;

BeatUnity does not sell personal data.

Information intentionally published by Users may be visible to Organizers, Artists, Coaches and other Users depending on the functionality of the Platform. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • artist information;
  • biographies;
  • genres;
  • experience levels;
  • portfolio content;
  • press materials;
  • profile images;
  • social media links;
  • website links;
  • availability information;
  • performance history;
  • engagement metrics;
  • profile statistics;
  • platform activity indicators;
  • publicly displayed achievements and milestones.

Organizers, venues, promoters, agencies, coaches and other authorized Users may use such information to discover talent, evaluate profiles, identify potential collaborators and make decisions regarding opportunities, bookings and professional collaborations.

6.3 Authorities

Where required by law, court order or regulatory request.

6.4 Business Transactions

In connection with a merger, acquisition, investment transaction, restructuring or sale of assets.

7. Files and User Content

Users may upload files, photos, videos, press kits and other materials. Authorized BeatUnity administrators may access uploaded files where reasonably necessary for:

  • moderation;
  • security;
  • customer support;
  • legal compliance;
  • Platform administration.

Users remain solely responsible for all uploaded content.

8. International Data Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, BeatUnity shall implement appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.

9. Data Retention

BeatUnity retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • providing Services;
  • legal compliance;
